Order Information

Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm HST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.

We currently only ship within the United States. If you are not located within the US, send us an email at aloha@kaona.co.

Once we receive your order, it will take up to 3 business days for your order to be delivered. You will receive an email when we are out for delivery and when the item is delivered. Please provide any additional instructions on the checkout page if needed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Due to our limited quantities, we cannot promise to replace your item. However, if we do have the item in stock, we will replace it free of charge.
